This project’s thirty-second neighborhood is a familiar one: the former Bush Terminal along the Sunset Park waterfront. I catalogued my most recent trip to the area in one of my “Running Brooklyn” posts.
The selection came courtesy of my friend Willa, whom I got to know in Addis Ababa in January.
My friend Max, who happened to pull my previous card, is the co-founder of Industry City Distillery, which makes vodka from sugar beets. I imagine I will pay him yet another visit. (For research purposes, of course.)
Prepare yourself for converted warehouses, ancient trolley tracks, an ugly highway, and perhaps a tipsy Keith.
